Senior Accountant - Quatrro

Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their not-for-profit team. The Senior Accountant will manage the accounting needs of our nonprofit clients, including financial statements, reconciliations, payroll integration, accounts payable, and other Quatrro services. This role also involves serving as a brand ambassador for Quatrro, helping to initiate, maintain, and develop client relationships as a key contact and internal liaison.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled financial statements and provide coaching and counseling to help improve financial stability and achieve organizational missions.
• Discuss monthly financial statements, plans, and schedules with clients as applicable.
• Build and maintain relationships by speaking with clients and key stakeholders, offering world-class customer service.
• Identify and engage with clients to deliver the right resources and solutions.
• Work closely with clients to solve issues related to complex financial statements, monitor finances within guidelines, and provide financial analysis and advice.
• Provide best practices by leveraging different functions within Quatrro to help clients improve business execution.
• Coordinate with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all services as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with an accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• Ability to manage priorities and functions, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-specific accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• 2+ years of not-for-profit experience.
• 4-7 years of accounting experience.
• Experience managing the month-end close process.
• Business acumen and the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and C-level executives.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or CPA.
